Pouch mail is provided by Church Headquarters, sent each Friday. (This is where the dearelder letters go, also).

Pouch mail letters should be written on one side of the paper, then folded into thirds and taped with two pieces of tape above the address; do not seal the ends. Use regular US postage stamp.
